1. Prep Your Materials
Start by gathering your materials.
You'll need bins and barn wood boards, which you can find at stores like Walmart.
Remove any twine or packaging from the barn wood boards to prepare them for use.
2. Add Detail to the Boards
Using a paper number stencil, add a stencil number to the top of each barn wood board for a personalized touch.
Then, attach a knob to the bottom of each board. If the wood is thick enough, you can drill a hole and use the screws that come with the knobs.
For thinner wood, use super glue to attach the knobs securely.
3. Mount the Boards on Bins
Use strong, thick mounting tape on the clear bin surfaces to attach the barn wood.
Press the boards onto the bins firmly to ensure a strong bond.
You can place something heavy on top or use clamps to hold them in place while the glue cures for about 30 minutes.
4. Hide and Access Craft Supplies
With the barn wood boards securely attached to the bins, you now have a creative storage solution for your craft supplies.
Use this space to organize items that don't fit elsewhere, keeping your workspace neat and clutter-free.
When you need to access your supplies, simply pull out the bins for easy retrieval.
