I found a great deal on ping pong balls on Amazon & I was instantly inspired! (144 for $8.80
)

Check out how I used them to make some adorable home decor!

First, decide where you want the lights to sit on the letter with a pencil. Poke holes in the front of a cardboard or canvas letter using a pair of scissors. Poke holes in the amount of ping pong balls you need. If you turn up your hot glue gun to high you should be able to melt a perfect hole. Do this on one side of the ball. Paint the front of the letter any color of your choosing. I also decided to distress mine so I ran some sandpaper over it after the paint dried to give it a rustic look. Hollow out the back of the letter with a craft knife & add your lights! You'll want to do this with the letter sideways - if you lay it flat the ping pong balls will flatten!
Annnnnd you're done
I love how this one turned out! This is an adorable addition to any room. I have mine in my bedroom but it also would be great in a living room on a side table, or shelf! The letter I purchased also had a little hook on it so that you can hang it - which would also be so cute!

** Please also note that you'll want to use only LED lights to make these so they don't heat up & produce any fumes!
I had a boring floor length mirror in my room that needed some updating!
First, I spray painted the ping pong balls (I chose black but so many colors would be cute!) Next, I began gluing - this takes some patience as it takes quite awhile & you'll need a bit of patience to make sure it looks right. But I was so happy with the end result! This would be perfect in a bedroom, bathroom, or a cute dorm room addition!
This night light was super easy and super cute!
First, I grabbed the saucer of a terra cotta pot to make my base. I then began gluing the ping pong balls in a circular pattern. Next, I added a dollar store LED light to the bottom & that's it!

This light would be super cute as a bathroom nightlight or in a bedroom!
Again, I used an LED light so it didn't heat anything up!
For this last one I used Dollar Store twine, a wooden dowel & ping pong balls.
First, I melted holes in the top & bottom of the ping pong balls with a hot glue gun set on high. Next, I added rows of twine onto the dowel. I then added the ping pong balls - for the first one I added it to the twine & then glued it to the dowel & then tied a knot to keep it in place. For the rest of them I just tied a knot on the bottom. This one also takes a bit of time, but it's so minimal & cute! You could use this as a room divider like my roommate did, or as a wall hanging. Our cat also loves it so keep that in mind ;)
For this adorable wreath first spray paint the ping pong balls - I chose these three pastel colors - perfect for Spring! After they dried, I glued them to a wreath form. Next, I added some ribbon to hang it with a little bow & you're done!
This is adorable on a front door to greet your guests or in your home to brighten up a corner!

I know..it's so hard to imagine something as simple as a small ball can kill a pet. I am in the animal profession...and have NEVER thought about this. Also..while I am on the horror role. Picket fences and accordian , scissor type doggie gates. A client of mine came home to find her PitBUll dead..hanging from the gate by his collar. Could you imagine? Ok..I will stop now. Sorry if I offended anyone. It is only with safety of our pets in mind.
